Gluten Free Lasagna
Since going gluten free there are certain dishes we do not have as often as we used to. You can't walk into into very many restaurants, for example, and ask for some gluten free lasagna. As Homer Simpson might say, "But it's so delicious". And of course it is! Since we do not eat meat at our house we often will create a gluten free lasagna meal for major holidays, instead of cooking ham or a turkey.
We've tried several brands of gluten free lasagna over the years, with especially good luck using Ener-G lasagna noodles. It really is not necessary to give up eating lasagna just because circumstances have forced you into a gluten free diet.
Here are some varieties of gluten free lasagna that we have found for sale. Some are ready made and ship frozen, others are the traditional dry type gluten free lasagna noodles.
