Gluten Free Lasagna
Since going gluten free there are certain dishes we do not have as often as we used to. You can't walk into into very many restaurants, for example, and ask for some gluten free lasagna. As Homer Simpson might say, "But it's so delicious". And of course it is! Since we do not eat meat at our house we often will create a gluten free lasagna meal for major holidays, instead of cooking ham or a turkey.
