Gluten Free Penne Pasta
Penne is a very popular pasta shape. Imagine an oversized drinking straw, 2 or 3 times larger diameter tan is usual. Now slice it diagonally and you have the general idea of Penne.
Many people prefer Penne because sauces can get caught up on both the inside and outside, giving a yummy vehicle for whatever sauce or other condiment is used.
