After a year of research and testing Bionaturae settled on a blend of rice, potato and soy, and they report that this combination requires no rinsing after it is drained. Bionaturae is one of only a few pasta manufacturers authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health to produce gluten free pasta.

I had some of the Bionaturae recently when my son prepared a gluten free spaghetti dinner. Half of the people there did not have celiac disease, we all thought the Bionaturae pasta looked and tasted very much like the “real” pasta made from wheat. I’d give it 5 stars.
